Inefficient service provider with false promises and no written record

Anusat association situated in anushaktinagar, mumbai-400094 is internet service provider for B.A.R.C COLONY which is having highly inefficient services providing to its customers and blaming customers for their wrong and ineffective work procedures and not giving customers proper refund or extention of internet service. They are not having online complaint system and so whenever out internet is down our complaints are not logged in their system not even manually for which they are blaming customers. When our internet wasn't working for 7 days and when we went to their office for getting our complaint registered and asking them to extend our days, they told us that they will be giving extention only for 4 days as 3 days problem was due to their telephone operator which is a part of anusat association but they are not ready to take their own employees mistakes and so we are giving this complaint agaist them for suing them as they are only taking money from customers but not providing sufficient service and creating problems for customers by only giving false excuses and testing our patience as they are the only service providers in the colony. I request you to take necessary action so that the colony can get better services regarding internet facility or we can get some other service provider in the colony.
