Anusha Indane Gas Company
Delayed delivery and misuse

We have the Indane Gas connection through Anusha Indane Gas Company, 153/3, 11th Cross, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore- 560070 with the consumer number 27770. Many a times when we asked for the Gas booking, we were told that the gas was booked in our name 4 days back, a week back etc. Somebody else seems to be misusing our connection by booking in our name to take the illegal delivery and it has happened many times. We have already complained this to Anusha Gas agency manager. Secondly, even if they take the booking, they don't delivery on time. For instance, the gas was booked on 11-Jun with the reference number 113 and till date (24-Jun 6:30 PM) the gas is not delivered. We have been following up by calling them since last 1 week and get the same response that they will send it today and that today is yet to come.
