Fake and Cheeting on Booking Amount

Its quite annoying and frustrating when world class brand dealers started to cheet trusted clients. Myself Nishant Verma is victim of same conspiracy as M/s Mirkana Engineering pvt Ltd well known as A One Motors who is authorized dealer for TATA MOTORS with pleasure deducted 3000 Rs from the booking amount against TATA VISTA. On my regular reminders and information to sales person Mr. Amit and Show room manager Mr. Niraj doesn't make importance of my 3000 Rs.

On every reminder on booking amount i have made it absolutely clear that If my loan against car has been disapproved that please release my booking amount without any deduction but they just denied this without any tension and deducted 3000 Rs from the submitted 10000 Rs. Now they are saying that in actual they have release the invoice and need to compensate the same from me.

In actual I was very admire to TATA MOTORS as Indian but this has created a absolute bundle.
