Non Settlement of my Provident Fund Settlements

Dear Sir,

I was resigned from the Company on July in the M/s. AOS Systems, Chennai Branch, At the time of Resignation I have handedover the PF Claim Forms of Form 19 & 10 C to the Company duly filled and My PF Account No is DL/21506/99. The Company has informed that the PF Claim Forms was submitted on 19/04. But so far I have not received the my provident Fund Settlement. Now I am not having the job and i am struggling for the money to manage my family. Kindly help me in this matter and arrange to take actions in the said matter.
