Delay in replacement of component

Espected sir/madam

I am arjun sreenivas living in bangalore, i had bought my bike 0n the 4th September from meghdoot motors in coxstown, i am facing lot of problem with that bike, from the day one my speedometer had some problem which i had been frequently been complaining but no steps have been taken, any replacements i ask their reply is " NO STOCK". I have pushed my bike thrice i could not find a proper fuel indication. i am really fed up of the bike even my rear disc is corrupted but i am not getting replacements, i am some or the other problem very frequently. i want a complete replacement of the bike i lot the trust on tvs motors now, still hoping that i would get some justice i am directly reporting to you people, i request you to take a rightful action as soon as possible.
