Apartment complaint
No response from bulide

Hi All,

This is regarding the irresponsibility of a builder. I am living in a apartment in Miyapur, Hyderabad. The apartment name is Lakshmi Sri Plaza. I purchased aflat in May. At that time the construction is 80 % completed. Builder told us he will handour the flat in 3 months. But now it is August. Still they did n't completed the work. There are only 6 flats in the apartment. All people came and living here only facing the problem. For this small rains basement is full of water. For every half an hour we have to pump the water outside with the help of motor. If there is power cut, think how much water will be there. Also the quality is very poor. The builder promised marble flooring in the common area. But he make normal flooring in the common area. We called the builder so amny times but he didn't lift the phone and also personally also unable to contact him. Due to water no watchman is coming to this building. Also in the basement electric connections are there. Can any one help me regarding this query whom to contact so that we can solve our problem?

Please help me regarding this issue.
