Illegitimate refusal to entertain my claim and rejection of half the claim on flimsy grounds

I had lodged a claim 2091104597 with reliance general insurance for accidental damage to the front and right side of my car. both the damages occurred in the same accident. A survey was done of the vehicle and the surveyor randomly permitted the frontal damages while refusing the damage on the right side without assigning any cogent reason. In the absence of clearing of the claim, the vehicle is standing in the garage without getting reapired and the insurance company is totally unresponsive to y request for resurvey and explanation as to why the side damage should not be permitted.

I approach this forum for resolution of the dispute and asking the company to explain scientifically and legally as to why the complete claim should not be allowed.
