Non attending Complaint

We had lodged four complaints against the APC UPS slno-BB0633016946, BB0648017807, BB0630053578 and BB0629023940. We got Docket No - Cl-729439753 datd 20 Oct 08, Cl-716910046 dated 18 Sep 08, Cl-716910162 and cl-716910114 dated 18 Sep 08. Till now no serviceman visited the site or rectified this complaints. This institution is fully computerized and depending on good company products. We think APC is also in the same list. But like this services compelled us to think once more it. Request a speedy action on our complaints.
