APC Home appliance and Lighting UPS was bought by me on 27th June from my nearest dealer JD computers and Electronics, shop no- 201, vill Palsora, Chandigarh . via invoice number 1142.

Model No - HI800SQ, Serial No - BB0636036833 Warranty - 2yrs repair and replacement

At Initial Stage this product was showing signs of Spark in its Output Plug although it was working, now the Output Plug Has burnt out and it is out of order. We contacted APC agents on 14th October and they told me that the product would be repaired within 2 days, but till date there is no Action on my Complaint, Complaint NO - (31-1232853887)
