DEAR SIR,
WE PURCHASED A APC PC INVERTER SMARTUPS 3000 IN OCTOBER 07 FROM M/S POWERTRONICS, BANGALORE. SERVICE TAG NO IS JSO73900156. FROM THE DATE OF INSTALLATION ALL THE BATTERIES HAVE FAILED THREE TIMES. THE LAST REPLACEMENT OF EXIDE BATERIES HAVE LASTED ONLY TWO MONTHS AND THEY HAVE FAILED AGAIN. THE COMPLAINT LODGED WITH APC NO C1 778791976 HAS BROUGHT THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER WHO CONFIRMED BATTERY FAILURE.
NOW THEY ARE SAYING THE WARRANTY IS OVER AND THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. BUT HOW CAN A PRODUCT FAIL CONSISTENTLY FOUR TIMES AND STILL THE COMPANY CLAIMS THEIR PRODUCT IS BEST.
I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER CELL FOR JUSTICE, UNLESS SOMEONE IN APC TAKES THIS UP AND TAKES A FAIR ACTION
