Used to Visit Once in Three Months. In The Next year The Mechine Started Failure of current Supply

Often. In our area the current failure is famous due to heavy load. We made a complaint regard the failure of the unit at M K .Marketing. They Said That the BATTERY is in poor condition it to be replaced. We are expecting them to rectify the fault since March. Telephoned several times BUT IN VAIN NO ONE Ansewerd properly The unit is idle. M/s AMUDHA & CO Washed their hands When we asked about The unit failure saying .we cant' do any thing reg;service or failure .it has to be done by the M .K marketing only. I am 65 years old had 3 by pass surgery suffering a lot with mental worries. I need quick remedy for this I need New One To be replaced .or MY MONEY to be given back I need Justice.
