Sir,

I had purchased apc invertor 800 va from Kumar Home Appliances, Kannur, Kerala, on 18.02.06, who is the authorised agent of APC company. While purchasing the same your company promised to give better service. After one year entie unit was replaced as the unit failed completely, The replacement was done after herculian task as the agent failed to do so. After the replacement of the unit again battery was replced on 2.2.08 that too after making so many complaints from 28.10.07 onwards. Again after two months battery was found non functional. After the complaint, they agentsfilled distlled water and continue it till the expiry of warranty. Ther after the agents never turned up, The intention of the agents is to drag the unit till the expiry of warranty. According to me the company had supplied defective unit and service is very bad. I have send so many letters to the company but no reply was send. Kindly do the need ful to avoid approaching Consumer forum for compensation
