Fraud with PF & Labours

I would like to register a complaint about the company "APCO INDUSTRIES LTD" who is doing fraud with the employees by paying them Rs 25 a day and saving PF & doing fraud with govt as playing with lows. Legally 20 to 22 employee staff shown where actually 38 to 40 employees working in the company from very long time.
