Breach of public Ltd Co Laws & frauds

I would like to inform you that from the time Company "APCO INDUSTRIES LTD" registered & issued the shares, company have done lots of fraud in allocating shares & allocated only to family members with different names & now shares have been transferred to be safely come out from the fraud. Company done lots of fraud to Gujarat government to get the subsidies. Making false balance sheets which never audited, company still running just because if company shut down than company needs to pay lots of money to government which company received as subsidy from government. Company not following public company laws. Taking loans from outside whenever company requires working capital & not paying back loans or agreed interest as well. Due to Company owner has political backup owner is threatening to all whoever asking his money back. In one line - Company is doing Lots of Fraud all the way by not following any company laws, theft of service tax & income tax, cash selling & buying transactions, fraud in C forms etc etc.

Will anyone take any serious action against this all or will leave just because owner got political backup.

Will you update the status of this complaint???
