Bank Harrasing its customers

I went to an SBI bank ATM at Shivaji Nagar Gurgaon Branch on 3rd september and withdrew a sum of 1000 Rs. Everything worked fine. and to my shock i got a call from a person claining that he tried to get 18k out of the machine prior to me. and he was not able to get it, but his account got debited, and he said that bank people are saying that the person who did transection after you might have got the money, bank gave my details to that person and now that person has ladged a complaint against me in the police station. i am asking the bank on what basis they can harrass their customers like this. its totally nonsense on the part of manager of SBI, Shiva Ji Nagar. i am going to meet him this saturday, will see what he says to the issue.
