APEX Cargo Cheating Customers

This complaint is against Packers Movers - APEX cargo (office opposite to MAruthi Udyog, Gurgaon)

1- I sent my Vehicle luggage from Gurgaon to Bangalore with commitment that it will come in 7 to 10 days.

2- Full payment I did, they didnt agree even with the half payment.

3- So sweet words those idiots will tell and offer tea that you will think they are very much car ing of the customer.

4- they told the delivery is Door-to-door. Then with trust I came to Bangalore.

5- Now see the story. My vehicle came on a Maruthi Udyog car mover truck and delivered on road of Tumkur after one month. They called and told me, Sir you have to come and collect here only.

6- No news of my luggage box, when I called often they stopped receiving my call. when ever received they told its on the way, some road is blocked so delay is there, some festival is there - so road bloked.

7- Due to my goodluck My luggage box after 2 months came to me with all the mishandling done on it. With a simple phone call they told come and colect from this Godaam of Tumkur that is also not from APEX Godaam.

I spend 800 Rs from hand to take till my Kormangala room.

Never trust on this APEX cargo. Go for train transport, i think its better than this.
