Unprofessional Service

I had booked my swift dzire car through AP Financial Services in Mayur Vihar, New Delhi. However, i found their services very poor once they received all the money from me. They dont even bother to answer phones. I was made to run from pillar to post for everything which they are supposed to do. Initially they informed that the car is available and requested me to pay the entire amount in Oct 08. Once they received the money, they said that the car was no more available and I have to wait. Finally I got my car only in mid January. That also after I requested the maruti officers from regional office to intervene. All this while, these people from AP Financial Services did nothing.
