Missing of transfered fund through NEFT

Dear sir I have transferred Rs.2500/- from my saving a/c no. 52108838081 of State Bank Of Hyderabad, Dhubbapally branch (A.P) having IFSC-SBHY0021031 on 11.06.2009. The amount is successfully debited from my account but not credited to the payee Sri K Sunitha' account no.0109062341 of National Punjab Bank, Kasturba Market, Solapur branch having IFSC- PUNB0376400. The PNB, Bankers informed that they have not recieved any crdit note to the refered account. As seen in my bank statement the transaction reference No. “IR01174673” DATED :11.06.2009 and CREDIT REF No. is “SBHYH09162294899” through NEFT. Please arrange to regularize my transaction at the earliest please.
