Electricity Shock to total village

Respected Sirs, This is very sever and urgent

We are the people of Kandrika Village of Yerrupalem Mandal of Khammam District.

For the last 7 months we are facing the problem of electric shock even our main switch in off position. Total village was under fear. we make complaint to the concern persons of the department. But no response. Although there is power we are under darkness. This causing damage of our home appliences. Fans and lights working with high voltage and very low voltage without controll. We are unable to control the power by on and off even having power switches. We are living under very dangerous position.
