Need ATM card pin numbe

Dear Sir,

I have opened my account on October. I got my account number and check book, but I didnt receive my ATM card pin number. I enquired in Axis bank Radhakrishnan Salai brance for more than three times and they directed me to post office in Pulianthope. from there I directed to Perambur and mylapore. Even then I didnt get any information about the courier of pin number. So I need to get my pin number as early as possible. This is not good to make your customer to run every post office to get the pin number. So kindly look into it and do the needful.
