Negligence in treating patients

Me and My wife went to apollo hospital, kphb hyderabad for general checkup. Dr. swapna given in the prescription saying BP normal, Temperature normal and Pulse rate:88 without touching the patient. this shows the negligence of the doctor on treating patients, the interest they shown in collecting money, atleast 10% they did not show the for the treatment. this may be a small issue, but we lost the trust on the hospitals like apollo and doctors.

These issues might not be noticed by the management. even if i complaint also they may not take an action, not to repeate these kind of situation. at least a common man should get support from consumer forum to live in this country.
