Complaint Against Builder: AppleadayProperties, Kerala - Cochin

Appleaday has moved to poor quality builders in Kerala. Their projects are delaying in Years.

Almost all banks have rejected loans on Appleaday properties.

I bought 1 flat from Appleaday properties (DOT COM Flat Kakkanad) in 2007. The delivery was to be completed in 2008 early months. The work is not moving up now and has completly stopped.

It seems Appleaday is a big loss nowadays, since no body is buying their NANO homes.

Please dont buy homes from Worst builder in Kerala AppleadayProperties
