APPLE I-POD HOLD SWITCH

Respected Sir,

Hereby i inform you that i had bought a apple ipod nano (8GB BLACK). After 2 month the i-pod's hold switch not began to work. When i gave it to apple Store (Jorhat Photokina-ASSAM) they told me that i had broke the hold switch. But I Sware I didn't do so. They also told me that i might paid for that. But The Product is Under WARRANTY PERIOD.SIR, PLZ HELP ME & TAKE A ACTION ON PHOTOKINA, JORHAT (ASSAM)
