Poor service

Hi

I bot Apple Mac Book air laptop in sept and since beginning their was some problem in connecting internet and called up Apple at Customer Care No 080-41409000. They tried so may methods to get my problem solve but nothing had happened. Finally they told me to replace the machine . and send their official courier to collect machine from my office on 21 oct till date I have been calling them every week abt the status of replacement but Apple Co has only one reply we are out of stock as an when we will get the stk we will send the new machine to you.

Kindly suggest me wht should I do. I am quite worried abt this machine since I spend Rs.1lac and kind of poor response I am getting from Apple.
