Application rejected
Recieved Acknowledgement card but rejected the applicartion

Hi i have recivied the acknowledgement card but they say that my application is rejected because UPSC recieved the application late. I had sent the application through speed post in time 2 days before the submission date.

Now i dont know why didnt they reicieve the application in time . my friend say it because i had sent it in speed post
