Courier not delivered to our residence

Respected Sir,

This Request in on behalf of Mr. Vijayan Pillai KR.

We are using the professional courier service for many years since we were in Tamilnadu.

For the past one year we have settled in Kerala, Kulanada Pathanamthitta Dist.

My father is a Senior Citizen.

The office nearest to our house is 4KM away at Pandalam.

We several times requested Pandalam office to deliver the couriers to our residence, but the staffs there replied that in Kerala State there is no such practice of home delivery.

Sir we are unhappy with the reply from the Professional courier Agents.

They are not showing any professionalism for the duty and responsibility given to them by the Professional Courier.

Sir we kindly request you to "arrange for home delivery in future for us and if you are asking additional charges for home delivery we are ready to pay".
