Not Given Replacement/Service in WARRANTY periode

I purchase Roland printer from above company, Invoice number is 357 Dt. 19-6-08.

Printer is under 18 months warranty.

Now Printer is not given as per specification perfomance and speed.

I give complain three to four time for resolved it, But company is not take any responsibility.
