Multiple fares on Seetala Hamsa

I take Seetala Hamsa 222A (Phatancheru to Koti) at Madinaguda at 9.10 A.M 5 days in a week. I am being charged diferent charges on by different conductors on each day like Rs 18 or Rs20. I ask the conductor everyday to check the fare but was never answered properly. But the lady on 27 th Feb charged me Rs 12 by looking in to the fare chart. Can some of the authorised person look in to this and fix.
