Mis-behaviour of driver and conducto

sir,

my name is srinivasa babu nadimpalli working in ICFAI university, hyderabad. I boarded at Maithrivanam on wednesday, 11th of Feb in city service (Metro Deluxe) with the number 218 from Koti-Patancheru. The Vehicle number is AP11 Z 944. The bus is fully loaded. we are on the foot board. The lady conductor in the bus shouting the people not to board the bus. she is shouting to find a bus which is empty. i am standing for the bus from one hour before at maithrivanam. all the buses are coming in full. any way we tried to reach our destination. for the reason as we arguing with her, driver used his hands to beat me. Driver abused me and tried to throw me out. Lady conductor in the last told me that she understood my words wrongly and argued with me that i talked with her using nasty words. Driver is trying to find the rod to beat me. If this is so, how can we travel in the bus. please take care necessary action on them both.
