Mis-behaviour of driver and conducto

sir,

my name is chandra shekar studying in jj college in maheshwaram, hyderabad. I boarded at maheshwaram, on tuesday, 15th of sep in city service with the number 451M from Koti-akkanpalli. The Vehicle number is im not sure but may be AP 5082.The conductor in the bus shouting the people not to board the bus. he is shouting to find a bus which is empty.i am standing for the bus from one hour at maheshwarm.all the buses are coming full. any way we tried to reach our destination. Driver not stopped bus in the stop.this was repetated by several times thus the reason as we arguing with him, driver used his hands to beat me. Driver abused me and tried to throw me out. conductor in the last told me that he understood my words wrongly and argued with me that i talked with him using nasty words. Driver is trying to find the rod to beat me. If this is so, how can we travel in the bus. please take necessary action on both of them.
