In normal season the (on 26/09) fair for khammam to hyderabad for an express bus service is 83/- rupees but for the same kind of bus on the date 28/09 they charged 147/- rupees, why so? is there any rules in rtc to increase fairs as they like?

i have ticket numbers and all proofs
