Conductor charging extra fare

Today when iam travelling in APSRTC 113e bus, 6109 kukatpally depo bus.the conducter is charging extra fare. actually the ticket fare is 5/-, but she charged 6/-. when i asked her, she used a very bad language on me. when i asked the driver, he said that conductor is coming 1st time in that bus and he even dont know her name.but the way she spoken with me is very bad.
