I want to lodge a complaint against apsrtc sudden rised bus fare from gajuwaka to narsipatnam non stop. 24/05 the bus fare from gajuwaka to narsipatnam is Rs.46/- and cat card ticket is Rs. 40/- but alloff suddenly yesterday (25/05) the ticket clerk said to me the fare from gajuwaka to narsipatnam is Rs. 56/- and cat card ticket is Rs. 51/-. They didn't inform the bus fare hiked details. Is it possible to hike ticket rates with out consult the govt? i don't know where to complaint against apsrtc?
