Slow driving by Bus driver of bus with service no:7169

Hi,

This is on behalf of my wife who boarded an APSRTC bus with service no:7169 at Hitech City bus stand at 6:30 and even by 8 she could not reach Koti. I understand that there might be traffic at times, however inspite of traffics being less driver was driving at a snail pace. Many co passengers asked the driver to increase the pace after which the driver intentionally drove the bus slow which is not at all acceptable. I request to take action against the driver for his irresponsible attidude towards the passengers.
