BAD CONDUCT BUS STAFF

Dear sir,

i am with my friends and his family booked ticket from putapathy to chennai on 07-03-11 ticket no fq 76954 service no 6885. when we board to the bus that time we saw one tube light near to our seats broken and glass pices scatted all over even on the seats. we bought this to the knowledge of sbus staffs and bus stand staffs as well.but they donot bother to clean that and try aligate on us that " u broke that tube"... they did not clean that but misbehaved with us in pubilc. when we asked complain book they did not given to us and not responded to us. it shows irresponsible and careless nature towords their duties. your high office kidly look into the matter and spacial care to be taken for safe and comfor journey of passengers. your sincer passenger thanks jaihind
