Cheating passenger by conductors

Dear sir,

am lenin babu fromn puttur, chittor dist, a.p. last week i had a travel form chennai to puttur. even thogh there stage at puttur to a bus, they didnt get the passeneger into bus without mercy. we requested a lot to the conductor but he refused me, even i a have a small 10 months kids in my hand, . so please take take action on the services after 7 pm. they r behaving very rudly to the passenge
