Money not refunded

Dear Sir..

This is the conversation shows how irresponsble, neglegency and worest feedback for a customer by APSRTC.

I have booked a ticket on 9-9 and cancelled same date, but as of now there is refund. if i am communicating through phone there is negligency to respond my querry.now present date 10-1. 5 months over still there is no response. kindly consider this is a priority base and please help me to get my money back.
