Ills not receiving

My mobile no is 9959224642, it is allotted to me by department APSRTC so the billing address is AME-III (MGR-IT) / Core Group Supervisor, 2nd flr 'B' Block, BUS BHAVAN, Musheerabad, Hyd.

So far I have not received any bill, but I am paying bill amount. But for claiming by bill from dept. without our a/c dept. not accepting. So please send duplicate bill for July'08 and regular bills also for the above address only.
