CHEATING CUSTOMERS

Hi,

I have booked a ticket from Bangalore (Indiranager) to Vijayawada on 15th of Oct to travel on 17th of Oct.

Due some reason i have to cancel the ticket on 16th of Oct.

Its just 5 mins late for which i have to pay 25% charge for cancellation (below 24 hours).

AND THAT TOO THE PERSON WHO CANCELLED THE TICKET DID NOT CANCEL IT, HE HAD COLLECTED THE MONEY FROM ME AND DID NOT CANCEL IT.

I have asked for cancellation slip, he did not give me.

He would keep for himself and later sell the same ticket to others, and also he has taken 15/- extra which is not necessary.

This always happends..and his behaviour is also not good...
