Activation of "CRICKET MONTHLY" without request

I, caller from LUCKNOW on mobile phone no. 09838768302 lodging a complaint against forcibly activating "CRICKET MONTHLY PACK" on 03/04/08 at 10:06 hrs & deducting Rs 50.00 from my balance amount without any request. The amount before activation was Rs 143.77 & after activation it reduce to Rs 93.77.

Please look into the matter & release my deducted amount as early as possible or the caller will be bound to take any legal action against the company.
