Deduction of balance

Inspite of my regular complains my balance is regularly deducted, it has been arround 20 times I have called customer care and registered my complaint about stoping the services named The big fat store and cricket mozilla no action has been taken.

Everytime request no. is given then a msg comes that ur pack has been deactivated but again the nxt day balance is deducted.
