Amount deducted from Mobile balance

Dear Sir,

My name is Khaleel Shaikh, i am using vodafone mobile network, My mobile Number is 9966082639. On 30-April i'd recharged my mobile with 50.00 voucher, i'd make few calls, then next day morning when i checked my balance 30.00 were deducted from main balance. When i called to customer care and informed my problem, the executive was saying that i have made subsciption for Vodafone time pass alerts and i've been charged for that service. But actually i never received so called alerts from vodafone before. Even after the deduction i am not receiving any alerts from Vodafone. Iam requesting to Vodafone management to refund my amount as early as possible. The customer care people are not giving any response properly. Please do the needful.
