Not getting the facility of friends card

Since I own the airtel prepaid friends sim card, I am liable to call at 10 paisa per minute between 10 pm to 8 am and 3 pm to 5 pm to any airtel mobile number. But since last two days, They had charged at normal rate i.e. 1 Rs per minute during these concessional hours. So that I lost so many balances. And that I also came to know at the end of the call. Still after complaining to them, they have not started the facility yet.

Please do something, so that I would get my facility. Now I cant get that, lost money due to negligence of the company.
