Unauthorised mobile charges

I have been charged Rs 30/- by Airtel for vas pack offer even though i have never subscribed to it. I made several calls to customer care, but they are pointing out my fault. I even asked one customer care girl to give me a number so that i can unsubscribe the offer, but she was avoiding me by telling that there are many packs & we don't know to which pack you have subscribed.
