I have got today call from aritel regarding Bejan daruwala event and i have cute it immidiatly but after 10 mins my reduced my 15 Rs in my account

what to do now?

and i also know costomer care nomber for compalain department but they not beleive and not refund!!! always ur company doing this with costomer
