Deduction of charges

Hello sir/maam,

I am highly concerned about the services in Reliance. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message (29.09.09 21:09 from 51234) saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance. the main irony is i do not even know what this service is and have never activated it. Such incident has happened before as well and when i had asked for details (as in time and date) from the customer care deptt, they said they did not have the power to do so... Reliance authorities must attend to such cases which effect the customers faith on the service provider. A further expectation from Reliance Commmunication is that they will refund back the amount deducted in the name of CRBT. The main resolution is to go to the consumer forum as the matter is not about the amount of money lost but the breach of trust.
