Invalid Tarrif Charged

I have been charged Rs. 215 for no reason, My phone number is 9928664262 (Airtel Prepaid). My balance was Rs. 332.72 yesterday and today I get some an sms from 543211 saying "You have been charged Rs. 15 and your caller wil now hear Aap Ki Kashish as your hello tune." And so I checked my balance it showed Rs. 117.72.

I am currently in Tokyo, Japan. Obviously, I am not using my phone to receive calls because I am not stupid enough to pay Rs. 100/min. Since, I am not using my phone to make any calls these jerks have figured out another way to extract money from me. Oh yes, and just when I am typing this complaint, they sent me another message congratulating me for hello tunes subscription for 365 days. Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK???
