Airtel - UCC VIA SMS on DND numbers

Dear Sir/Madam, I am prepaid customer of airtel. My number is 9561486889. I registered DND service on 25th August. I received a message from airtel (1909) stating that "Namaste! Your airtel number has been registered on NDNC in fully blocked category. The Ref. no. is S1123408681. You may log UCC complaints after 7 days." Even after 10 days I am still gettting Flash Messages (advertising messages) from airtel. This flash messages keep coming in few second with OK, EXIT option.By clicking on OK it costs Rs.3, 5 etc. My lot of balance is getting wasted on these because of these Flash messages. Please look into the issue at urgent.
