Non receipt of monthly subsription

I had some two months back subscribed to the promotional scheme of lonely planet, where on paying subscription charges for 3 years, I was entitled to receive the subscription for 4 years.

I had duely made the payment of Rs. 3600/- to one Mr. Ajay Kumar who also issued the receipt to me for the payment made by me (Receipt no. 14334). After some two weeks one Ms. Sheetal called me enquiring if I had made the payment, which was very suprising to hear since the complete payment was already made by me. Ms. Sheetal was to revert after enquiring with her team and has never called since then.

It's been two months since the payment and I am yet to receive my first issue of Lonely Planet. I spoke today to one Mr. S. Yadav who too was to get back to me by today after enquiring with his accounts team. He is yet to call.
