No confirmation about subscription

I had applied for on-line subscription of business world magazine through thier portal for three years. The money was debited from my account to abp on 21-07. However, there was no confirmation from business world consumer forum regarding the recipt of money and consequently the subscription of business world. A number of request has been sent through the mail to business world but they have not reponsed yet with the fact.
